If your gift basket arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 1-4 days of delivery through our website. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

For other return requests, please contact us before sending any items back. Food and beverage items must remain unopened and sealed to be eligible for an approved return.

Our fundraising gift baskets are available for local pickup and delivery in the Orlando area only. We serve locations within approximately 30 miles of our pickup location.

Local Pickup: Pickup is arranged by appointment. We will contact you after your purchase to coordinate a convenient time and provide pickup details.

Local Delivery: Please contact us before ordering to confirm that your address is within our delivery area and to arrange delivery. Any applicable delivery fee will be confirmed before your order is finalized.

We do not currently offer shipping outside our local service area.
